Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Can you resolve network printer issues?
We diagnose drivers, permissions and network connectivity issues. If the hardware itself is failing, the vendor must repair or replace it. Our role is making sure the cause is correctly identified.
Can you help with email problems?
Yes. We support Microsoft 365 mail flow, device configuration, DNS, spam filtering and security controls.
Some applications aren't launching — can you troubleshoot this?
We determine whether the issue comes from the workstation, network or operating system. When the application itself is broken, the vendor must repair it. We guide your next step so your team gets back to work smoothly.
Can you improve weak Wi-Fi in parts of our office?
Yes. We evaluate access point placement, coverage gaps and interference, then strengthen wireless performance so your team has steady connectivity.
We're seeing system crashes — can you help?
We diagnose causes such as corrupted files, outdated software, malware, overheating or failing components. When hardware replacement is required, we guide that decision and help restore stability.
Can you recover lost data from a malfunctioning hard drive?
We don't repair damaged hardware. When a drive is still readable, we may be able to recover data. If the drive has failed, we work with trusted recovery partners. Once replaced, we reload your backed-up data onto a new drive.

Do you support Microsoft 365?
Yes. We support and manage your Microsoft 365 environment including permissions, device controls, backups, configuration and security. We do not resell licenses.
Do you provide cybersecurity services?
Yes. We provide monitoring, threat response, employee training, password management through Keeper, compliance documentation, and baseline protections that strengthen your defenses.
Do you support cloud services and business phones?
Yes. We support Microsoft 365, hosted cloud platforms and business phone systems with licensing guidance and ongoing support.

How do you structure your service contracts?
We use clear fixed-term agreements designed for ongoing support rather than one-time repairs.
What are your onsite support rates?
Rates vary based on the work required. Most onsite needs are included as part of managed service plans for active clients.

Do you repair computers or equipment?
No. We're not a repair shop. We troubleshoot, diagnose, guide replacements and reload your backed-up data onto new equipment.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes. Onsite support is provided for active clients. Remote-first service resolves most issues quickly, and we come onsite when it's needed or requested.
Can you act as an IT department or support our internal team?
Yes. We can serve as your IT department or provide fractional support including compliance, documentation, vendor oversight and CISO-level leadership.
