Since we’ve worked with 10D Tech, our IT infrastructure has stabilized dramatically. 10D helped us transition over to Office 360 and it’s been pretty painless.
We’ve never worked with an IT firm before; we had in-house support. I like having the pretty immediate access to the help desk and the ability for tech support to log into my system and see what is happening. I also like that when we get something that looks suspicious (there’s lots of that going on), the help desk team is happy to take those calls and encourages us to check it out instead of making us feel bad for asking the question.
