We Thought We’re The Only Client.

The most significant benefit we have found is the nearly immediate response and resolution of workstation and network issues, IT concerns, new equipment installation, integration, onboarding, and more.  Our previous IT services provider only reacted to our issues, but 10D Tech proactively informs us of impending equipment issues, Virus warnings, or a better way to manage our network.

We have confidence that 10D is on the job, watching out for Supported Employment Services. It’s like we have an internal dedicated IT staff. Sometimes the other IT providers weren't available when we needed them or simply didn't know the answers and took days or even weeks to sort out solutions. They respond quicker than when we DID have an internal staff. Plus, they are knowledgeable, so the issues get resolved so quickly we thought we were the only client. The comparison is drastic; if we experience a network or workstation problem, 10D fixes it quickly vs. days or weeks.
